Terms of Service for BiteBuzz

1. Introduction

Welcome to BiteBuzz! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our food delivery website and mobile application (“BiteBuzz” or “the App”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BiteBuzz.

2. Use of the App

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BiteBuzz. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Account Registration

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Break any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity.

  • Interfere with or disrupt BiteBuzz’s services or servers.

  • Post or share unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.

  • Exploit or harm minors in any way.

3. Orders and Payments

Placing Orders

By placing an order through BiteBuzz, you agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including taxes and delivery fees. Orders are subject to restaurant availability and acceptance.

Payment Methods

We accept major payment options as displayed in the App. By submitting payment details, you confirm authorization to use the method and allow BiteBuzz to process the charge.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Contact support as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary depending on restaurant preparation, traffic, weather, and other conditions. BiteBuzz is not responsible for unavoidable delays.

Pickup

If you select pickup, you must collect your order from the specified restaurant within the given time.

5. Service Locations

BiteBuzz currently operates in Lagos, Asaba, Benin City, Warri, and Ughelli. Availability of services may vary by area.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, graphics, and software on BiteBuzz are owned by BiteBuzz or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimers
BiteBuzz is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about uninterrupted service or error-free content.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BiteBuzz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BiteBuzz, its employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, following the rules of a recognized arbitration body.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of BiteBuzz means you accept the changes.
